The Museums of Los Gatos (Los Gatos Museums Association) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization whose mission is to harness the power of art and history to enrich life. It aims to inspire and engage the region with innovative educational and cultural experiences. The Museums of Los Gatos includes the Art Museum of Los Gatos, the History Museum of Los Gatos, and the Los Gatos Museum Art Gallery.

The Art Museum of Los Gatos was founded in 1965. It is a non-collecting Art Museum that has six to eight exhibitions annually. Exhibitions include the work of local, national and international artists and has a strong interest in artists from the South Bay and Greater San Francisco Bay Area.
